7. Robotics Safety and Compliance
Given the nature of robotics technology, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our software and any resulting applications comply with all applicable safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Robotic systems built using our framework must be tested thoroughly in controlled environments before deployment in any context where they might interact with humans or valuable property.
- You will implement appropriate safety measures, including but not limited to emergency stop capabilities, operational boundaries, and supervision protocols.
OpenManus is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of systems built with our framework.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
